The client-John Grisham

Mark and his little brother Ricky go out to the woods to smoke a cigarette when all of a sudden, a big black car stops by. A fat lawyer tries to commit suicide and Mark tries to stop him. The lawyer caches Mark and tells him a secret he was not supposed to know, a secret that will change his life forever. Ricky goes into shock after seeing what he had, and from then, all the trouble starts. On one hand the mob is after Mark, threatening him not to tell a thing to anyone. On the other hand the F.B.I is pressuring to tell them everything. Mark doesn’t know what to do and lies to whoever asks, whether it’s Ricky’s doctor, his mother or the police. Mark who is helpless goes looking for a lawyer that will help him with his problem. He runs into a sweet lawyer that specializes with kids, Reggie Love. Reggie hadn’t had an easy life her self and now lives to help others, and helps Mark without charging him money. Together they go through the adventure of their lifetime. At the end of their exhilarating quest Mark and his family join the witness protection program after Mark tell the F.B.I everything that he knows. Reggie and Mark after bonding for a long time, and experience a long stimulating journey say good by in a very sad moment as the book ends
